ITech provides:
- Software and system development
- UI/UX design
- Prototype development
- System monitoring services
3. Client Engagement Process
The engagement process includes:
- Initial inquiry
- 1–3 meetings to gather requirements
- Proposal submission (cost and scope)
- Contract signing
4. Payment Terms
The standard payment structure is:
50% Down Payment
- Required before project initiation
- Includes: Gantt Chart, Flow Chart, UI/UX Design
25% Payment
- Due after approval of the working prototype
Final 25% Payment
- Due after testing phase approval
5. Development Phases
5.1 Design Phase
- Developers create UI/UX designs based on client requirements
- Client must review and approve before development begins
5.2 Coding Phase
- Development starts only after UI/UX approval
- Clients may request reasonable adjustments during this phase
5.3 Prototype Presentation
- A fully working prototype will be presented
- Client approval is required to proceed
5.4 Testing Phase
- Client will test the system
- Client must provide feedback for improvements
- Final approval triggers last payment
6. Revisions and Changes
- Minor revisions during development may be accommodated
- Additional features or major changes may incur extra charges
- After full payment, any modification or fixes are subject to additional fees
7. Subscription and Monitoring
After full payment, the client agrees to:
- Monthly subscription for monitoring (up to 1 year)
Monitoring includes:
- System maintenance
- Performance tracking
After 1 year:
- Subscription automatically ends
- Renewal requires a new agreement
8. Source Code Ownership
- Source code is not automatically transferred
A separate agreement is required if the client wishes to:
- Acquire full ownership
- Obtain the source code
9. Intellectual Property
- All designs, systems, and code remain the property of ITech until full payment is completed
- Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited
10. Project Delays
ITech is not liable for delays caused by:
- Late client feedback
- Failure to approve deliverables
- Changes in project scope
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement:
- With written notice
- Payments made are non-refundable, especially for completed phases
12. Limitation of Liability
ITech is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business or data during system use
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14. Amendments
ITech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
